What “qualified” means04

Real projects, not lead lists.

Before I introduce a client, I check

  • There is a real project with a defined need
  • Budget has been allocated, at least as a range
  • A decision-maker is involved
  • The timeline is realistic and the work suits your strengths

You stay in control

  • I share the brief before any introduction
  • You decide whether to engage
  • You set your own pricing and contract terms with the client
  • No exclusivity is required to work with me
What I’ll ask youProfile

Help me represent you accurately.

About your work

  • Services, stack and the domains you know well
  • Case studies or live products I can review
  • Team size and current capacity
  • Engagement models and typical rate ranges

About your credentials

  • Company registration and GST details
  • Security or quality certifications, if any (for example ISO 27001 or SOC 2 reports)
  • Two or three client references
  • Experience with overseas clients and time zones

The fee: a referral fee only on signed and paid projects with clients I introduce. Fees are agreed per deal and written into a short agreement before any introduction; your existing customers are excluded. See partner terms.

A few lines is enough to start.

Tell me what you need or what you can supply. I reply personally, and nothing is shared with anyone else until you are comfortable and an agreement is in place.
